2 Medium Onions Choped ( I like the texas sweet)
5 Large Ripe Tomatos
1 Large Green Bell Pepper
1 Large Yellow Pepper
.50cup Celery Finely Chopped
1 cup Dry Red Kiddney Beans
120z Budwisser Bear
.50cup Tomato Sauce
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
2 Jalpeno Peppers

These are lenghty instructions but dont get discouraged because it is verry good. I like to cook from scratch and not use alot of canned or processed foods. You can use any subbistutes you need.Step 1: Preparing and cooking dry beans:-- Spread beans on light colored plate and disgard and abnormal and bad beans.-- Place beans in strainer and rinse under cold water-- Next is the soaking method: 1st method is place 2-3 cups of water for 1 cup of red kidney beans in sauce pan. Boil beans for 2 minutes, take beans off heat and cover for 2 hours.*** Alternate Methood **** Soak beans for 8 hours or over night (placing beans in fridge to prevent fermentation.(((((((( After either of the soaking methods make sure to rinse the beans will cold water)))))))))))))To cook the beans on the stovetop. For the stovetop method, add three cups of fresh water or broth for each cup of dried beans. The liquid should be about one to two inches above the top of the beans. Bring the beans to a boil and then reduce to a simmer, partially covering the pot. If any foam develops, simply skim it off during the simmering process. BEANS COOKING TIMES or 1 1/2 -2 hours2nd Step: Turn Slow cooker on HighAdd evoo to slow cooker and warm add onions and ground turkey to slow cooker. Cook (stiring as needed) untill meat is cooked throughly. Add the salt, pepper, chilli powder, garlic, tonny's more spice and 2 tbsp water. Continue to cook and stir for a minute or so to allow flavors to blend.
