Debone and deskin the ckicken and hold to add after dumplings are done cooking.Hand wisk eggs and water till blended, add salt.Start adding flour till mix just about drops off fork.Drop into hot boiling broth, dumplings will rise to top of pot stir occ.Cook for 20-30 minutes.
