Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz grated
kroger 2% 4 cheese blend, 1.5 cup

Here is how you make Homemade Stromboli loaf:

Make the dough in a bread machine on dough setting (following standard procedure of liquid first and then flour, yeast, etc.) While bread is being mixed, cook the meat, onions, and garlic together. Drain all fat. Mix rest of ingredients except cheese together in pan and wait for bread to be ready. Preheat oven to 350.When bread is ready, take out of bread maker and place on floured surface. Divide into two balls, cover and let sit for 30 minutes. Spray a large cookie sheet and set aside.Take one ball and roll it out on a floured surface till it is a large rectangle. Try not to get it too thin, but not real thick either. Put half the 4 cheese blend in the middle. Place half of meat mixture on top of this down the middle of the rectangle. sprinkle half of mozzarella on top of this. Roll over from one side to the next, trying not to rip or tear the dough. carefully place on cookie sheet seam side down, pinching the ends.Repeat with second ball.Cut slits in the top of each loaf, about 4 along the length. Brush with egg white or egg substitute. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
