1 Egg
1/3 cup Oatmeal
1 small Onions, chopped
1 stalk Celery, chopped

1 clove Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Parsley, dried (or 1T fresh)
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup Tomato Sauce

How Do I Make Sarah's Homemade Meatloaf?

Here is how you make Sarah's Homemade Meatloaf:

Set oven to 375 degrees. Reserve 1/4 cup tomato sauce and about a tsp of the parsley. Mix all ingredients by hand. Shape a loaf and place in a bread pan. I use stoneware. Pour the rest of the tomato sauce on top of the loaf. Sprinkle with parsley. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 for 30 min covered. After 30 min, uncover and remove any liquid that has baked out of the meatloaf. Bake another 30 min uncovered, or until center is firm when pressed. if it's squishy, it's not completely cooked.
