Here is how you make Homemade Dinner Rolls:

Put 3-1/2 cups flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in mixer bowl. Mix, using dough hook, on low for 1 min. Heat milk, water, and butter to 120-130 degrees. With mixer on, gradually pour hot milk mixture into flour mixture. Mix for 1 min. Add flour 1/2 cup at a time until dough clings to hook and cleans sides of bowl. Continue on low for 7-10 min more. Put in greased bowl, place bowl in pan of warm water, and let rise for 15 min. Punch down dough, cut into 16 pieces and shape in desired shape. Set aside to rise for 15 minutes.
