4 cup (32 fl oz) Water,
16 oz Grass Fed Ground Beef 90% Lean / 10% Fat

How Do I Make JANS HOMEMADE GHOULASH?

Here is how you make JANS HOMEMADE GHOULASH:

Brown meat in large pot. Mix onion, Bell pepper, (Pepper can be any desired color) and seasonings (except Bay Leaves) in pot with browned meat and cook on low heat until onions are clear. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, bay leaves and water to pot. Stir Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add macaroni, Stir, cover and simmer 20-25 minutes. Remove Bay Leaves This is traditional GHOULASH but sometimes I add mixed vegetables, fresh or frozen. 1 serving = 1 Cup.
