chop fresh garlic and put into frying pan along with cumin, crushed red pepper, chilli powder, add ground beef and brown. when meat is about half browned add frozen corn and start prepping bell pepper and then add it. when meat mixture is throughly brown and about to start sticking add taco sauce and picante sauce. reheat to boiling and then turn burner on the lowest setting cover and simmer to let the flavors blend. can be eaten prior to simmerimg but flavors are 100% better after simmering.
