This hot dish has been handed down from my mother-in-law. I updated it with the healthy version of the cream soup and extra lean ground beef. It is one of my son's favorite hot dishes. We love to eat this hot dish with cooked carrots with a touch of brown sugar.

3 cups water
1 can of Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
1 can of 1% milk
12 oz extra lean ground beef
2 large stalks of celery sliced
1 large onion diced
1/2 tsp salt


How Do I Make Celery Hot Dish?

Here is how you make Celery Hot Dish:

1. Soak brown rice in water in a 3 quart casserole for several hours. Cook rice according to directions.2. Brown ground beef with celery and onions in fry pan until beef is brown. Drain off any fat. Sprinkle with salt3. When rice is finished add browned ground beef. Stir well.4. Add can of cream of celery soup, can of milk and black pepper. Stir well.
