1. Preheat oven to 350?F. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain well but do not rinse under water. 2. In saucepan, saut? onion in cooking spray over medium heat for 5 minutes or until onion is soft.3. Add flour, mix well and cook for 1 minute, stirring to prevent burning. 4. Remove from heat for 2 minutes and gradually add 1 cup milk. Return to heat and slowly add remaining milk. 5. Cook for 5?10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce is smooth and thickened. Add 2 cups cheese, (set 1/2 cup aside for topping), mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, parsley and stir until cheese is melted.6. Add pasta, Jumbo Veggie Dogs, stir and transfer to 8 x 8" baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.7. Top with remaining cheese and bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
