1 11oz can Tomato Rice Soup
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 medium Onion, any color
1 cup Red or Green Pepper, chopped
1 tbsp Butter

Here is how you make North Dakota Hot Dish:

In a large skillet, add onion and garlic to melted butter. When the onion is tender, add the red or green pepper. Adding the pepper after the onion will leave it slightly crunchy, which adds nice texture to the final dish (if you prefer the pepper is soft, add it at the same time as the onion). Once heated, set aside in a bowl.In the same skillet, brown the sausage (removed from its casing) and the ground turkey.Re-add the onion/pepper/garlic. Add the tomato paste and heat until it is dissolved into the mixture. Add the tomato rice soup and beans and mix well.
