Mushrooms 8 mushroom (sliced)
cherry peppers (hot or sweet).25 cup, sliced

Here is how you make Italian Greens:

I took one large back of fresh spinich and threw it in a soup pot with some water on the bottom and boiled/steamed the spinach until it was fully cooked. This bag of spinach only yield about 2-3 cups of cooked spinach. Throw in the mushrooms to cook with the spinach. Once spinach and mushrooms are cooked fully, drain the water and return the veggies back to the pot.
