Here is how you make Kale, Onions and Cranberries:

Cut the onions into slices. Remove the green leafy part of the kale from the stem, cut the leaves into slices, discard the stem. Heat the oil and added the onions and brown sugar. Cook until the onions are nice and soft. Transfer the onions to a larger pot and add the Kale. Not all the Kale will fit initially, some has to cook down before the rest can fit in pot. Add about a cup of water, cover and cook on low heat about 30 minutes til the Kale is well cooked.
