Here is how you make Southwest Sauteed Kale:

Heat olive oil over medium heat, in a skillet or sauce pan. Add the onions, garlic and jalapeno when the oil is hot. Sautee for about 3-4 minutes, stirring as needed to keep from burning. Add the chopped kale and cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring regularly. Cover, reduce heat to low & let steam for 2-5 minutes (depending on how crunchy or soft you prefer your veggies).
