What Are The Ingredients For Asian Lasagna Recipe?The ingredients for Asian Lasagna are: 3 tbsp butter3 tbsp flour 2 cups 1% or skim milk 1 and 1/2 cups shredded sharp white cheddar cheese 3/4 lb ground pork 1 lb bok choy, white stems and green leaves chopped separately 1 onion, chopped 1 small lemon, zested (I just used the juice instead) 36 wonton wrappers How Do I Make Asian Lasagna?Here is how you make Asian Lasagna: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In medium saucepan, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 2 min. Whisk in milk and breing to boil, whisking constantly. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup cheddar; season with salt and pepper. Set aside.2. In large skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat and add pork; cook until done (about 5 min). Transfer to plate and set aside. Add bok choy stems and onion to skillet; cook until tender. Stir in pork, bok choy leaves and zest (or lemon juice). Cook for 2 min; remove from heat and set aside. 3. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish and spread with 1/2 cup sauce from step 1. Layer the dish with 9 wonton wrappers (dipped in warm water first), one-third of the meat, 1/2 cup sauce, then another wonton layer. Repeat twice. Top with any remaining sauce.4. Cover dish with foil and bake for 20 min. Uncover, sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheddar on top and bake until golden, about 20 min. Let cool before cutting.
