8 oz. tom. sauce - no salt added
1 T. dried parsley
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
2 1/2 c. broken whole wheat lasagna noodles
1 c. 1% cottage cheese (no salt added)
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
6 oz. part skim mozzarella cheese

Here is how you make Chana's Skillet Lasagna:

Makes 6 servings.Brown meat, onion & garlic. Drain. Add toms, water, sauce, herbs; stir in uncooked pasta. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, cover, simmer for 20 minutes or until pasta is tender. Combine cottage & parmesan cheeses. Mix in the egg. Season with more herbs. Drop by tablespoons onto pasta mixture.
