1 Lb. Lean ground beef
1 can of tomato sause
1 small can of tomato sause
1 can of diced tomatoes (if desired)
1 medium tub of cottage cheese
2-3 cups of shreaded cheese
Lasagna noodles


How Do I Make Mandy's Lasagna?

Here is how you make Mandy's Lasagna:

Brown beef in large skillet and Boil water in large pot. Add noodles to pot.Stir in tomato sause, paste and diced to hamberger.When noodles are done run pot under cool water.Heat oven to 350In large baking dish put some of the hamburger mixture in the bottom of the dish...you don't need alot, this is so the noodles don't stick to the bottom.Lay half the noodles over the hamburger. spread half the cottage cheese over the noodles. Sprinckle half the cheese over the cottage cheese. Place remaining hamburger over cheese....then noodles, cottage cheese and cheese. Place in oven for 30 min. Makes about 15 half cup servings.* add seasionings to hamburger if you like.
