Pastitsio (Greek Lasagna)

Not low cal or low fat at all but traditional Greek dish and a regular at our family parties. Could definitely try ground turkey or morning star meat crumbles instead for less fat but add quite a bit more seasonings. Also, the garlic is our own add in. Not in the family's traditional recipe but we like the additional flavor.**Depending how deep your pan is and the size of the macaroni used, you might not be able to fit all the cream sauce. When I just made mine now I had 3/4 c of the cream sauce left. This lowered the calories to 415m, fat to 20 and protein to 21.
