Boil or saute the zuchini until tender. While the zuchini is cooking, mix together the ricotta cheese, and minced garlic. Once the zuchini is done, layer in a casserol dish, zuchini first, then ricotta, sauce and mozerella cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
