*6 low carb tortillas (~100 calories/tortilla), cut into lasagna noodle sized strips
*12 tbsp sour cream (1 per serving)

Here is how you make Southwestern Noodle-less Lasagna:

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray baking pan with cooking spray.2. Spray large frying pan with coking spray and turn heat up to medium high. Add ground turkey and chopped onion to the pan and cook until the meat is no longer pink. Stir in the taco seasoning, salsa, and beans into meat mixture and set aside3. In medium sized bowl, combine the cottage cheese, and 1 cup of the shredded cheese and set aside4. In the baking dish, place a single layer of 3 of the tortillas "cut into strips" in a row to cover the bottom of the dish. Spoon half of the meat mixture on top of the tortillas, followed by half the cheese mixture. Repeat layers and finish with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese.5.
