Here is how you make Rotini Skillet Lasagna:

Brown ground turkey in a skillet and season with garlic, italian herbs, salt, fennel seed, red pepper flakes. Add jar of marinara, sun dried tomatoes and the dry pasta. Add enough water to lightly cover and cook the pasta. Blend the cottage cheese with the egg and parmesan in a food processor, or just mix by hand if you prefer chunkier cheese. After the pasta is tender, swirl in the cottage cheese blend and sprinkle italian cheeses on top.
