Garlic and Oregano 14.5 oz can - Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin 1 cup - fresh spinach 1 TBS - Italian Seasoning 1 - Large Onion Chopped 1 - Large Green Bell Pepper Chopped 10 - cloves of garlic minced 2 tsp - Tone's Spicy Spaghetti Seasoning Salt and Pepper to taste How Do I Make Healthy Lasagna?Here is how you make Healthy Lasagna: 1.)Brown Turkey meat and rinse under warm water to remove excess fat.2.) Return to pan and add TVP, onion, bell pepper, garlic and Tone's - cook until onion is translucent (salt and pepper if wanted also)3.)While meat is cooking - mix Ricotta, 1 cup of mozzerella, egg. spinach (chpped) and Italian Seasoning in a medium mixing bowl. - set aside4.)Add to cooked meat all tomatoes and pumpkin, stir to mix.5.)
