The ingredients for Melissa's Lasagne are:

6 lasagna noodles (cooked)
2 tsp olive oil
1 med. onion (chopped)
2 tsp. garlic- minced
1 lb. lean ground beef
26 oz can DelMonte Spaghetti Sauce
1-1/2 cups part skim mozzerella cheese
2 TBS Italian Seasoning


How Do I Make Melissa's Lasagne?

Here is how you make Melissa's Lasagne:

Saute onions in olive oil. Add ground beef and garlic, and Italian Seasoning and cook this no longer pink. DRAIN beef well. Put a little sauce in bottom of oblong baking dish. Put 2 noodles on top and 1/3 of beef mixture and 1/4 of cheese with a spreading of sauce. Repeat layers ending with one set of noodles sauce. Reserve last of cheese. Bake on 350 (covered) for 30 minutes. Take foil off and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
