Mix parmesan, lemon juice, and mayo together and set aside.Place tilapia in medium hot skillet and cook on one side.When tilapia is cooked halfway through, flip and cook on other side. (Some crusting is fine)When tilapia is almost cooked through (roughly three minutes before finished) spoon even amounts onto each piece of the cheese mixture. Cover and let the cheese melt a bit over the fish.
