2 tbs white wine
2 teaspoons capers

Here is how you make Salmon with Lemon, Capers and rosemary - For one:

Brush top and bottom of salmon fillets with olive oil and season with old bay seasoning, and rosemary. Place seasoned salmon on a piece of foil large enough to fold over and seal. Top the each piece of salmon with 2 lemon slices, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of wine, and 1 teaspoon of capers. Wrap up salmon tightly in the foil packets. Cook on stove top over medium high for 10 minutes.Serve in the foil packets.Giada does her on the grill.You can do it in the oven too but it takes about half an hour and it almost boils the salmon from the steam.
