How Do I Make Julia's Lentils 1-13-2019 Instant Pot?

Here is how you make Julia's Lentils 1-13-2019 Instant Pot:

Rinsed off one pound of ordinary lentils (could use some fancy color or French or whatever, I'm sure. Sprinkled some avocado oil in bottom of Instant Pot pan (could have used olive oil...or skipped it.). Put lentils on top, and set Instant Pot to "saute" function, so that ingredients would be warming up as I continued to add a can of chicken breast chunks (shreddied it up to finer bits), a can of black beans, a can of chopped spinach, a can of RoTel chopped tomatoes and green chilies - including all the liquids in each of the cans. Chopped up a few stalks of celery and a bunch of green onions (scallions). Stir as needed to keep lentils from burning. Added 3-4 cups of filtered water (I really don't remember how much I used, but my Instant Pot pan was full to about the 10 cup line when I eventually prepared to cook. Added various seasonings, including ground roasted coriander which I had but couldn't find nutritional info online here and wasn't about to go look it up. I don't think it's enough to make or break a diet. If ya like it, add it. I won't tell. Shhhhh. Then turned Instant Pot to "off" setting, to get it to stop the Saute cycle. Then I pushed the "Soup" cycle (which defaults to 30 minutes.) and put the lid on, pushed the vent to seal. When it was done, I let it do the natural pressure release mostly because I can't hear all the whistling and other R2-D2 sound effects that the Instant Pot does for hearing people. Also, it's soup, it's not like I have a bus to catch and this isn't so dainty that 5 or 10 minutes more on the heat is gonna kill it. You can micromanage your soup however closely you want. Then open it up with the lid aiming the steam away from your face.
