How Do I Make Ragu with Lentils?

Here is how you make Ragu with Lentils:

Cook lentils according to the directions on packaging (should take around 45 min or so) In separate dish, cook the onions in a little olive oil till soft on med heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 sec. Add the celery and onions and cook for 4-5 min. Add ground turkey and cook till no longer pink. Add the tomatoes, turn to low and cover. Let simmer for 30 min.
