1 tsp Low sodium Soy sauce
2 tbsp Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain

Here is how you make Veal Loaf:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.1. Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic until soft.2. Let cool and add to ground veal. 3. Mix in ketchup, mayo, soy sauce, hot sauce, bread crumbs and any additional spices.4. Mix well (by hand) and mold in loaf.5.
