Here is how you make Walnut Cheddar Loaf:

Mix dry ingredients together. Saute garlic and onions in olive oil. Beat eggs. Add soy sauce, tomato juice (which was supposed to be 1/2 cup). Mix in eggs. Mix in onions and garlic. Mix in 1 cup of cheese. Mix all together. Put in meat loaf pan. Bake on hour. Top with remaining cheese. Cook until melted approximately 10 minutes. Can be served with gravy or ketchup.
