I used 1.5 Cup for my serving size.You can put it on top of rice, pasta, noodles or just as a side!This came out not as tomatoe as I would have liked. Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips
Red Wine, 4 fl oz
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomato
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
Summer/ Yellow Squash, 1 large
Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced
Garlic, 2 cloves
Basil, 2 tbsp
Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp


How Do I Make Cole's Marinara Primavera?

Here is how you make Cole's Marinara Primavera:

1. Sautee a chopped onion in olive oil with herbs. If you like it spicy, add plenty of red pepper flakes2. After the onions have color add chicken. Sautee until the chicken and onion are completely cooked. 3. Add some white wine or red wine if you want it to be more pungent.4. Add one chopped yellow squash, one chopped zuccini, and one pepper. Simmer covered for about 10 minutes.5. Add chopped tomatoes. I use a combo of hot house and roma. Also add finely chopped garlic, I use lots! Continue to simmer about 20-30 minutes or until tomatoes start to cook down.6. Last add mushrooms. Stir, cover and simmer about another 20 minutes.This came out not as tomatoe as I would have liked.
