Here is how you make JillyBee's Marinara:

1. Drain the tomatoes in a colander set over a bowl for 5 minutes, reserved the liquid from the bowl.2. Use a large pot, heat olive oil over med heat. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes until it is cooked but not brown. (if it cooks too quickly lower heat).3. Add the basil and parsley. Add the tomatoes and increase the heat to high and cook for about 5 minutes or until it comes to a boil, use a wooden spoon to break the tomatoes up. Reduce the heat and simmer the sauce for about 10 minutes or until the tomatoes break down. 4. Add the reserved tomato liquid. Increase the heat to high and bring to a boil again. Boil for about 12 minutes or until it starts to thicken. Stir it occasionally and scrape the bottom of the pan to ensure it is not burning. 5. Enjoy over spaghetti squash or your favorite wheat pasta.
