Cut in half. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper on each side. Dredge in four, then eggwash, and finally in fresh bread crumbs (bread crumbs contain the parsley, oregano, basil, and garlic powder). Place on a tray and let set for 10min or so till the egg seals onto the bread crumbs. Preheat pan on stove, medium heat, place 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil in pan and add in veal. Brown till dark golden on each side, remove from pan. Add mushrooms (sliced) to pan, brown them in the drippings, add in onions, cook till softened. Pour in Marsala wine, Chicken broth. Bring to a boil, reduce down to about 1/2, add in whipping cream.
