I usually just grab a handful and that makes for three. (BTW,My hands are small ) DO NOT ADD OIL OR ANY OTHER THING.-Now we will bake the frozen meatballs: Heat the oven to 200; Take a pan, and cover it with aluminum foil;place the 1 or 2 meatballs per person. No more than that. If you have a small oven/toaster that is better. Remember that you are only baking a few meatballs. DO NOT ADD ANY CONDIMENTS.-As the spaghetti is cooking, take a sauce pan and add Ragu sauce. (only a quarter from the container) add a drop of cola, oregano, garlic salt, a hint o rosemary and mix it together, if you are a big fan of pepper this is the time to add it(I love pepper) If you have crushed mint (the spice) add a little bit to the sauce. Put the heat o low and let it sit while you take it of the rest.-As the sauce is heating, periodically move around the spaghetti so it doesn't stick to the pot. Don't do it too rough or too much because it will look like a big ball of yuck! , use your own judgment.Once the spaghetti is ready take it out of the pot directly to the plate, this keeps it moist. Place your serving of meatballs on top of the spaghetti, and pour the sauce on top of it. You can add cheese but keep in mind: calories, and portionEnjoy!!!Number of Servings: 3Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user GOMEZD10.What's The Nutritional Info For Yummi Spaguetti and Meatballs? The nutritional information for Yummi Spaguetti and Meatballs is:
