3 tsp McCormick's Grill Mates Garlic and Herb
2 tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
2 Tbsp Light Olive Oil

Here is how you make Elysa's Mm-Mm-Meatballs:

Mix all ingredients, except for oil, together in medium mixing bowl until well blended.Using your hands, roll mixture into balls approximately 1 and a half inches in diameter.Saute in oil for 10 minutes or so, turn them over and cook for another 10 minutes or so. The internal temperature should reach 165 degrees to ensure proper cooking.I then simmer them in spaghetti sauce (not included in nutritional info) and you can either make meatball subs or top spaghetti with these yummy meatballs!
