Coursely chop onions and green peppers, set aside. Drain pineapple tidbits and reserve liquid. Steam rice while cooking meatballs. Heat oil in skillet, saute meatballs in oil until done. Remove meatballs, keep warm. Add onions and peppers to skillet and saute until tender. Mix together vinegar, brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, and corn starch and add to onions and peppers, add meatballs and pineapple back in and heat to desired temp. Serve over brown rice. Have a salad and you have a complete meal.
