Here is how you make HealthierLynn's Meatballs:

Break bread into small pieces in a bowl. Pour milk over the bread just until damp and stir it around a bit. Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the tomato sauce.Form the mixture into 12 meatballs. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray and cook the meatballs until browned. Remove from pan and drain grease. Return meatballs back to pan and cover with tomato sauce.
