500g lean minced beef
2 Slices of white or wholemeal bread
1 egg
30g of onion chopped
2tblsp tomato ketchup
2 splashes of Worcestershire sauce
Can of Condensed Tomato Soup

Here is how you make Quick meatballs:

*Make breadcrumbs/ put into food processor.*Add onion to processor and mince along with breadcrumbs for a few seconds.* Place onions and breadcrumbs in a large bowl, add mince beef , beaten egg, herbs , splashes of Worcestershire sauce, and Tomato Ketchup. Mix well together with hands.* Make golf ball size meatballs until mixture is used up.
