What Are The Ingredients For Michelle's BBQ Meatloaf Recipe?The ingredients for Michelle's BBQ Meatloaf are: 1 lb ground beef1/4 cup onion (chopped) 1/4 tsp. black pepper 3/4 bottle of Kraft Hickory smoke BBQ sauce 1 large egg 3/4 cup Quaker 1-minute oats (dry) How Do I Make Michelle's BBQ Meatloaf?Here is how you make Michelle's BBQ Meatloaf: Combine the ground beef, onion, pepper , egg, oats and 1/2 the BBQ sauce in a mixer and mix well. Transfer mixture to a medium size bread pan and form a loaf. Create a "well" using your finger (only finger width deep) down the length of the meatloaf. Pour the remaining BBQ sauce along the top of the loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
