Here is how you make Chelle's Basic Meatloaf:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray pan (I used olive oil spray on an eight inch round). Mix all ingredients except the last two tbsp ketchup. Place in pan and shape. Garnish with last two tbsp ketchup (this will carmelize while cooking). Bake for 1hr 15 minutes.
