1/3 cup 1% Milk

1/4 cup finely chopped green bell peppers
1/4 chopped carrots
1 large, fresh egg
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 pound extra lean ground beef (fiance and I use 93% lean)

1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.2. In a small fry pan, heat the oil over medium-low heat. Add the onion, garlic, and thyme and cook until the onion is transparent, or about 5 minutes.
