1 cup plain dry bread crumbs
2 tsp oregano

How Do I Make Mama Mia Meatloaf?

Here is how you make Mama Mia Meatloaf:

Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, combine hamburger, onions, 4-5 tbsp. ketchup and egg and mix well with hands. Add oregano, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs and mix thoroughly until meat reaches a firm consistancy. (If too dry, add a little more ketchup; if too wet, add a little more bread crumbs.) Put into a foil-lined loaf pan, cover with foil, and bake for 1 hour, checking often. When almost done, remove foil from top and garnish with remaining ketchup. Bake 10-15 minutes more.
