My boyfriend stole this from a "friend" but co-oped it to make it even better, so he gets no credit :)Either ketchup or medium salsa can be used as a 1-to-1 substitute, the salsa adds a really good flavor and doesn't add a ton of heat, but the nutrition information is done using ketchup. We usually make 2 loaves, one with ketchup and one with salsa. Great leftover too!
