Here is how you make Cheddar Meatloaf:

Beat egg and milk. Add cheese, bread crumbs, onion powder, and salt. Stir in beef and mix well. Shape into loafpan. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread mixture ontop of loaf.
