Line a baking pan with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.Heat olive oil in a skillet and add onions, garlic and peppers, season with salt and pepper. Cook till tender. Add Worcestershire sauce, chicken broth and 1 tablespoon salsa. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.In another bowl, put the turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, dash of salt and pepper mix together. Add the cooked mixture and mix well.Place mixture on foil and form into a loaf. Top with remaining salsa. Cook for 60 minutes.
