Place meat mix into mini loaf tins (makes 8), putting one bay leaf on top of each loaf. Cover in foil, bake at 375 for 40 mins or until done. Take foil off and cook another 5 minutes. If you don't have the mini loaf tins, you can shape the meat mix into two flat loaf shapes, wrap each in foil, put a couple of bay leaves on each one and bake as above.
