What Are The Ingredients For 3 Meat Meatloaf Recipe?The ingredients for 3 Meat Meatloaf are: 1/4 lb lean Ground Beef1/4 lb ground Veal 1/4 lb ground Pork 1 large egg 3/4 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms 1/2 cup chopped carrots 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup fresh parsley 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs Salt & Pepper to taste Sauce-- .25 cup Ketchup 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard 2 teaspoons brown sugar How Do I Make 3 Meat Meatloaf?Here is how you make 3 Meat Meatloaf: Put in a large bowl the ground beef, ground veal, ground pork and 1 large egg. Mix together.Chop the vegetables. If you want the vegetables to "hide" in the meatloaf keep 1/2 cup chopped separate & puree the rest of the onions, mushrooms, carrots & celery.Add the chopped onions, pureed or chopped vegetables, parsley, breadcrumbs and salt & pepper.Mix well.Line a baking sheet with foil to make clean up easier, then mold meat loaf. Do not bake in a bread pan the sides will not get brown.Mix together sauce for the top of the meat loaf. Ketchup, yellow mustard & brown sugar.Turn on broiler. Baste the meatloaf with 1/2 of the sauce then place in the broiler on the top shelf for 5-8 minutes. This will help brown the sauce & sides of the meat loaf.After 5-8 minutes baste the meatloaf with the rest of the sauce & place in the broiler for another 5-8 minutes. Then turn on the oven to 350 and move the meat loaf to the middle shelf in the oven.Cook approx 35-40 minutes or until the temperature of the meat is 160 degrees in the middle.Let rest for about 20 minutes before serving.
