Spray 2 one pound loaf pans with cooking spray.2. Place the two kinds of meat, egg substitute, onions, and dry stuffing mix into a large mixing bowl. Knead the ingredients together until they are well mixed. 3. Divide into two loaves and put each loaf into a 1 pound loaf pan. Put the loaf pans on a cookie sheet and place into a 350 degree oven. Bake for 1/2 hour.4. Mix together the ketchup and barbecue sauce. Thickly brush the tops of the loaves with this mixture and bake for another 1/2 hour to 45 minutes or until the middle of the loaf is 180 degrees. 5. Remove loaves from oven and allow to rest for about 10 minutes. Use a spatula to remove the loaves from the pans and slice each loaf into 6 slices.
