1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 C Panko
Salt & Pepper to taste (add other dry seasoning as desired)

2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 sm. white onion, chopped
1-2 stalks celery, chopped
3 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3-4 T catsup or cocktail catsup

Here is how you make Panko Meatloaf:

Preheat oven to 450.Saute onions, celery & garlic in olive oil until onions are slightly transparent.Combine meat, panko, worcestershire, sauted veggies, & seasonings and form into a loaf (do not use a loaf pan).Lightly grease a shallow pan (pie plate is ideal) and place loaf on pan. Brush catsup over the top of the loaf.Bake for 15 minutes, then lower temperature to 325.
