1.In a large bowl, combine beef, eggs, peppers, onions, barbeque sauce, bread crumbs and eggs. Mix together well and form into two loaves.2. In small bowl, mix together ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Spread lightly over meatloaves, reserving some for later.3. Lightly oil a wire rack and place over baking sheet (or use special meatloaf pans that keep meatloaf out of grease while cooking.)
