1 T Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp low sodium soy sauce

Here is how you make Alter Idem's Take on Meatloaf:

Combine ingredients except ketchup in bowl. Place mixture in square cake pan that has been sprayed with Pam (makes cleanup easier). Poking holes in the meatloaf seems to make it cook easier and the fat comes out better. Bake at 350*F until done, about 45 minutes. Can put ketchup on to bake for a few minutes at end or use as condiment, depending on preference.
