Put bar-b-que sauce down the middle of the loaf. bake in the oven at 350 degrees for one hour. There may be some grease on the sheet, but if you want to make 2 loafs. and place a cookie cooler under your loaf. You may do this by putting your loaf on top of wax paper. place on top of cookie cooler. Lift up in the air and put slits across the bottom of wax paper. This process will separate the grease from the loaf. Thus will make it more healthier. After the the loaf is done, use the cookie cooler as a guide to cut.
